Artists' Reception Sunday, July 18th from 5-7pm.

Returning Artist Ben Johnson's new paintings bring a continued focus to the beauty and mystery of birds, while simultaneously exploring larger aspects of the natural world. An avid bird watcher, Ben brings his experiences in the field into intricately detailed, quiet compositions."


Artist Stephanie Danforth debuts at the Field Gallery. A long time Vineyard resident, Stephanie left a career in the health profession to pursue her artwork full time. Classically trained in Italy, Stephanie uses 23K Gold leaf and incorporates them into facinating and illuminating still lifes. These pieces are certainly works you will want to see in person!

Sculptor Charles Gibbs debuts at the Field Gallery. Charles's unique assemblages of mixed materials bring wonder and delight to seemingly mundane materials.

The reception, held from 5-7 pm at the Field Gallery in West Tisbury, across from Alley's General Store. It is free and open to the public.
